No. 3 most wanted person in Baguio City nabbed in Tarlac City after 17 years

BAGUIO CITY â€“ A laborer allegedly involved in an explosion incident in 2006 was arrested in his hideout in Barangay Maligaya, Tarlac City on Tuesday, May 16. The suspect was identified as Sherwin Rosal Ocsona, 40, and a resident of Zone B, San Miguel, Tarlac City. Ocsona was tagged as Baguio City's No. 3 most wanted person (MWP) and No. 1 in Baguio City Police Office-Abanao Police Station. BCPO-City Intelligence Unit (CIU) took the lead along with the 304th Maneuver Company-RMFB 3 in arresting the wanted person by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Cecilia Corazon Sumcad Dulay-Archog of Branch 7, Regional Trial Court, Baguio City with recommended bail of P120,000. Based on the information, the suspect is accused of being involved in the explosion incident along Upper Assumption Road, Baguio City, which resulted in the injuries to four individuals. After that 2006 incident, the suspect went into hiding.
