Construction worker wanted for frustrated homicide nabbed in Baguio
BAGUIO CITY – Police arrested a 27-year-old construction worker wanted for frustrated homicide in Camp 7 here on Monday, May 15.
The Baguio City Police Office (BCPO)-Kennon Police Station identified the suspect as Marson Agamas of Bauko, Mountain Province.
Agamas was apprehended based on a warrant issued by Judge Hilario Venus Belmes of Branch 78, Regional Trial Court, Baguio City.
The court recommended a bail of P100, 000 for his temporary freedom.
The Office of the City Prosecutor of Baguio indicted the suspect due to the severe traumatic brain injury the victim sustained in a mauling incident.
