Matteo Guidicelli on relationship with in-laws: 'Hopefully one day, maging okay ang lahat'

Matteo Guidicelli recently opened up about his relationship with his wife Sarah Geronimo's parents - Daddy Delfin and Mommy Divine. In "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda," the new Kapuso talent was asked abvout his relationship with them. He said, “Unang-una, they’re my mom and dad. My mother-in-law, my father-in-law. I want to respect them the best way possible and I just wish one day everything will be okay because I know how much they love Sarah and I know how much Sarah loves them too.”
Asked if they're actually on speaking terms, Matteo replied, “We’re civil, I’d like to believe so...and I pray every day for wisdom, for strength, wisdom, and humility na hopefully one day, maging okay ang lahat for Sarah’s peace of mind.” As to rumors about them being prohibited to visit both, Matteo was reticent. He said, "You know, to speak about it in details, it’s best to keep it private parang respect to them ba. They’re my in-laws and I wish to love them… I wish to love them for Sarah’s sake. For the family’s sake.” Is Sarah communicating with her parents? “I’d like to believe so," Matteo said. "They have a connection naman." Matteo went on to mention how Sarah "did a tribute for her dad and mom during her recent concert. "It was so touching. It was so beautiful. The whole Araneta was crying. It was so nice," he said.
“You know, at the end of the day, it’s just so important to realize how much you should honor your parents. Through thick and thin, whatever happens in life, they’re parents. They brought us to life and we have to honor them.” More than anything, Matteo is just hopeful. “There’s always possibilities in life. They’re all doable, possible if you have the proper intentions, di ba?
