Yuchengco-led construction firm EEI Corporation (EEI) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Industry Holdings and Development Corp. (IHDC) for the joint exploration and co-development of three potential solar farms.
In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange, the firm said initiation of the potential projects with a total possible output of 150MW is targeted in the next two years.

"Aside from this endeavor on solar farms, EEI and IHDC are also eyeing opportunities to participate in future projects under the Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) program,” Antonio said.
