691 out of 1,479 pass May 2023 Licensure Examination for Dentists: PRC
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on Tuesday, May 16, that 691 out of 1,479 passed the May 2023 Licensure Examination for Dentists given by the Board of Dentistry in Manila, Baguio, Cebu, and Davao.

Southwestern University is the lone top-performing school on the exam as per the advisory with 52 out of 64 passers, or an overall rating of 81.25 percent. Meanwhile, Patricia Marie Mercado Cueto from Lyceum of the Philippines University - Batangas, Inc. was hailed as the exam's top notcher with an 83 percent score.

She was followed by Louise Christen Tolentino Valerio from Centro Escolar University - Manila and Nikko Dela Cruz Liberato from the University of Baguio in the second and third sports with 82.73 percent and 82.70 percent scores, respectively. The date and venue of the oathtaking are yet to be advised. "On July 5 - 7 and July 10 - 14, 2023, registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Â Please go to [www.prc.gov.ph](http://www.prc.gov.ph) and follow instructions for initial registration. Â Those who will register are required to bring the following: downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, notice of admission (for identification only), 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag), 2 sets of documentary stamps and 1 piece short brown envelope. Â Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals," PRC said.
