A complaint of extortion has been filed against the three with the Muntinlupa Office of the City Prosecutor while Trinidad is also facing rape through sexual assault charge.

The complainants are a couple, both 19 years old, and residents of Muntinlupa.

The extortion and rape allegedly happened at about 12:35 a.m. at Central Park Filinvest in Barangay Alabang.

According to the police, the two victims were caught cuddling by Trinidad, who called fellow security guards Bantangan and Borres.

They allegedly asked P2,400 from the victims in exchange for their freedom. Bantangan accompanied the boyfriend of the victim to get money from his house.

The female victim was left with Trinidad and Borrres. After the money was given, the female victim told her boyfriend that she was allegedly raped by Trinidad.

They sought assistance from the police at Alabang Substation. The police, together with personnel from the Barangay Violence Against Women and Children Desk, proceeded to the area and coordinated with the security detachment and called all security guards who were on duty.

The two victims positively identified the three security guards who were immediately arrested by the police.
