Various portions of Makati, San Juan, and Quezon City will have water service interruptions from Monday, May 15, to Friday, May 19, announced the Manila Water company.
According to the advisory released by the water concessionaire, line meter replacement, line maintenance, and interconnection activities will be conducted by personnel.
The affected areas and the schedule of the service interruptions are as follows:
From 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on May 15
- Barangays San Lorenzo Village and Ecology Village III in Makati City
From 10 p.m. on May 15 to 4 a.m. on May 16
- Barangay UP Campus in Quezon City
- Barangay Corazon de Jesus in San Juan City
From 10 p.m. on May 16 to 4 a.m. on May 17
- Barangays Balong Bato, Pedro Cruz, San Perfecto, Progreso, and Rivera in San Juan City
From 10 p.m. on May 17 to 4 a.m. on May 18
- Barangays Pinyahan and Central in Quezon City
From 10 p.m. on May 18 to 4 a.m. on May 19
- Barangays Alicia, Sto. Cristo, Libis, Quirino 2-B, East Kamias, Quirino 2-A, Quirino 2-C, Duyan-duyan, Claro, amd Quirino 3-A in Quezon City
Amid the summer heat, Manila Water advised households residing in the affected areas to store adequate water supplies.
