CABATUAN, Isabela – The Cabatuan National High School here has implemented modular distance learning from May 11 to 17 after 11 students and two teachers tested positive for Covid-19.
The local government has issued Executive Order 7 suspending face-to-face classes in the school to prevent the disease from spreading.
Concerned agencies have yet to identify the close contacts of these teachers and students.
Students have been encouraged to follow minimum health standards against Covid.
Teachers and non-teaching staff will continue to report to the school to monitor distance learning.
Disinfection is ongoing in all classrooms to ensure the safety of teachers on duty in the school.
