Pasay LGU holds job fair for birthday of Cong. Calixto

The Pasay City government conducted a job fair in celebration of the birthday of Representative Antonino Calixto, the city’s lone congressman.  According to Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano the jobs fair was held at the Pasay City Astrodome on May 11 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Rubiano said the job fair is her brother's gift to all Pasayeno fresh graduates and other job hunters. She said around 60 local and overseas employers joined in the job fair, in coordination with the Public Employment and Service Office (PESO). The mayor said the job applicants were told to bring extra copies of their resumes to get the chance to be hired on the spot.
