Parañaque City Mayor Eric Olivarez joined his brother District Representative Edwin Olivarez in the payout of aid to beneficiaries of the Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation (AICS) program of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD).

Mayor Olivarez said the payout of assistance to AICS beneficiaries, in coordination with the office of Cong. Olivarez, was held at the Parañaque City Sports Complex, on Thursday, May 11. Cong. Olivarez said a total of 579 residents were given assistance. One-hundred of them received medical assistance while 479 got financial aid. The mayor also thanked Cong. Olivarez for continuing to help the city's residents. Olivarez told residents that, aside from the office of his brother, those who are in need of financial and medical can also visit his office. He added that they have a program for residents in need of financial and medical aid through the City Social Amelioration Program of the City Social Welfare and Development Department (CSWDD). The mayor and congressman were joined by Councilor Pablo Olivarez II, Edwin “EJ” Olivarez Jr. including the staff of Congressional Office, Eva Nono, Mar Jimenez and Bernie Amurao, and representatives from the DSWD.
