P2.4 M lost in Bacolod fire

BACOLOD CITY â€“ A fire damaged a portion of a building housing a bank on Araneta St., Barangay 13 past midnight on Labor Day.

FIREMEN respond to a fire in a building in Barangay 13, Bacolod City on Labor Day.Â (Photo courtesy of Mountain Tigers Search & Rescue Bacolod) The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP)-Bacolod said they received a fire call around 12:51 a.m. The blaze left an estimated P2.4-million worth of damage. No injuries were reported. The BFP declared fire out at about 1:38 a.m. The cause of the fire is yet to be revealed.
