According to the police, Marcos was having a party in the bar when he suddenly kissed a 19-year-old woman and tried to invite a 23-year-old woman for sex. He also allegedly touched the breast of another 19-year-old woman, a call center agent, while dancing that prompted them to report him to their friends and to the police that led to his arrest.
