Remain vigilant – Nolcom

CAMP AQUINO, Tarlac City – The Armed Forces-Northern Luzon Command reminded the people to remain vigilant even after the Holy Week. Nolcom said they are exerting more efforts to implement measures to fully secure Central and Northern Luzon. Lt. Gen. Fernyl Buca, Nolcom commander, reiterated his order to joint task forces under him to deploy troops to thwart any terrorist attempt. Buca reminded his units to coordinate with the police, Coast Guard, the transportation department, and other agencies to ensure the safety of the public. “We welcome the help of our civilians and the community against the peace spoilers. We call on our people to be part of the security net to report any move by criminals and terrorists,” Buca said. He also reminded the people to continue taking precautionary measures and remain vigilant in churches, shopping centers, transport hubs, and other crowded public places.
