A total of P129,000 worth of suspected shabu was recovered by the Bulacan police in their intensified operations on Wednesday, April 5, leading to the arrest of three drug suspects and 11 felons wanted for various crimes. In reports submitted to Col. Relly B. Arnedo, Bulacan police director, at about 11:58 p.m. on April 5, the drug sting operation that was being conducted by the Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) of City of San Jose Del Monte (CSJDM) police in Brgy. Sta. Cruz led to the seizure of P122,400 worth of suspected shabu weighing about 18 grams and marked money from Rebecca French, 59, of Brgy. Sta. Cruz IV, CSJDM. In addition, two drug dealers, identified as Jayson Isubol, alias "Bulong,” and Romarico Besas, alias "Bimbo,” were arrested during the buy-bust operations conducted by the SDEU of Baliwag and Bocaue police. Eight sachets of suspected shabu worth P6,600 and the marked money were confiscated. Tracker teams of the 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company (PMFC), Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) Bulacan, Plaridel, CSJDM, Meycauayan, and Malolos police arrested 11 wanted persons for the crimes of Attempted Murder, Attempted Rape, Violence Against Women and Children (RA 9262), and Lascivious Conduct (RA 7610). They have been placed under the custody of the arresting unit/stations.
