Former Pangasinan provincial administrator found dead in car

SANTA BARBARA, Pangasinan – Former Pangasinan Provincial Administrator Albertini Saingan de Guzman was found dead in his car on Maramba St., Barangay Poblacion Norte, Santa Barbara, this province, on Wednesday night. The 73-year-old Albertini’s neck was found seated on the driver’s side with a shoelace tied around his neck. Responders brought the victim to the Mapandan Community Hospital in Mapandan, Pangasinan where he was declared dead by the attending physician. The victim was a former municipal administrator of Santa Barbara and resident of Barangay Banaoang here. Capt. Renan Dela Cruz, Pangasinan police information officer, said investigation is ongoing.
