The media selection committee will pick four individuals as winners of the BCBC’s 61st Lucky Visitors Program traveling on passenger buses in Pugo, La Union. Winners will have a four-day red carpet treatment and free hotel accommodations, tours of major tourist spots, courtesy calls to Baguio and Benguet officials, and surprise tokens. According to BCBC President Joseph Cabanas: "We need to choose not just first timers, because there are also criteria for selection. If all our questions match and if he is willing to sacrifice his private vacation and face the media mileage, we will choose him.'' He said only four people will be selected, unlike before the pandemic when there six. "Our sponsors are a bit limited right now, but we will do all the usual activities for Lucky Summer Visitors." BCBC has set up a media camp in Burnham Park that will serve as the venue for activities for Lucky Summer Visitors until Easter Sunday. The media camp will also serve as a bonding area for local and national media. This BCBC endeavor returned after a three-year hiatus due to the pandemic.
