Las Piñas LGU awarded with Seal of Good Financial Housekeeping for 9th consecutive year

The city government of Las Piñas was once again granted by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) with the Seal of Good Financial Housekeeping (SGFH) on Tuesday, April 4, continuing its winning streak for the ninth consecutive year. Mayor Imelda Aguilar said Vice-Mayor April Aguilar received the plaque of recognition awarded to the city. Aguilar said the DILG continued to recognize the city government’s efforts in sustaining good practices in fiscal accountability and transparency in local governance. She added that the city has been a recipient of the 2014 SGFH since 2014. The mayor was thankful for the recognition given to the city government. She vowed that her administration will continue to give good governance and better services to residents.
