Man accused of acts of lasciviousness nabbed after 5 years in hiding

LAGUNA – A man accused of acts of lasciviousness and one of the province’s most wanted persons was collared in a manhunt operation by members of the Calauan Municipal Police Station (MPS) on April 2.

A statement from the Laguna Police Provincial Office (PPO) said the accused, identified as alias Viviano, has been in hiding for almost five years.

Authorities arrested alias Viviano by virtue of an arrest warrant issued by Branch 8 - Fourth Judicial Region in Calamba City signed by Presiding Judge Virgilio B. Gesmundo on May 2, 2018.

The accused is facing a charge for acts of lasciviousness with a recommended bail of P180,000.

Alias Viviano is now under the custody of the Calauan MPS.
