Rep. Vanessa Aumentado recently led the groundbreaking ceremonies of infrastructure projects amounting to P202 million.

The projects include the P50-million road concreting in Barangays Nabuad, Liloan Norte, and Datag in Inabanga town; Phase 2 of the P50-million seawall construction in Barangay Bonbon, Clarin town; and the P102-million road concreting in Barangays Cabog and Bogtongbod in Clarin.

Aumentado said the funds for the projects came from the General Appropriations Act 2023 with the Department of Public Works and Highways-Bohol District Engineering Office 2 as the implementing agency.

She said the infrastructure projects actually started when her husband, Gov. Aris Aumentado, was still the representative of the  second district.

“We are just finishing what Gov. Aris started,” said the congresswoman. “In the next few days, infra projects will also break ground in other towns. Our beloved second district can look forward to more projects.”
