Two men entered the store and she realized that they were following her, even circling the store while maintaining a close eye on her.
In a Facebook post, Singer-songwriter Stephanie Jean posted an alarming modus operandi that almost victimized her younger sister. It happened in Los Baños, at around 5 p.m. in a drug store near the university where she’s studying.

“There was a lady, around her late 30's to 40's, who asked her if she could ‘smell’ something because she couldn’t smell it. My sister took a whiff, and told her it smells okay, then she literally disappeared right after,” she posted. About the same time, two men entered the store and she realized that they were following her, even circling the store while maintaining a close eye on her. “She immediately felt unsafe. She stayed near the guard, and 30 minutes after, she felt that half of her body became numb.”
She continued to stay with the guard, and called her friend to pick her up. By 7:00 p.m., she still felt drowsy and couldn’t feel half of her body. “I’m just so happy my sister is smart enough to get away from that.” Who knows what kind of motive is behind this modus operandi, but one thing is for sure. It’s is very alarming. Stephanie ends the post by reminding everyone to stay alert. “Inform your loved ones about this.”
