Ticket bought in Zamboanga yields new lotto millionaire

A ticket bought in Zamboanga City, Zamboanga del Sur yielded a new Super Lotto 6/49 jackpot winner in the 9 p.m. draw of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) on Thursday, April 27.
