Gov. Fernando graces Boy Scouts designation ceremony in Bulacan
Bulacan Governor Daniel R. Fernando graced the designation ceremony of the Boy Scouts at Gabihan Elementary School in San Ildefonso, Bulacan on Friday, April 28.Â
As a guest of honor and speaker, Gov. Fernando urged the Boy Scouts to practice the 8 M in Filipino, like Mapagkatiwalaan (Trustworthy); Matapat (Loyal); Matulungin (Helpful); Mapagkaibigan (Friendly); Magalang (Respectful); Mabait (Kind), Masunurin (Obedient), and Maka-Diyos (Godly).
Fernando said the Boy Scouts' designation aims to develop the Bulakenyo youths to be servants of change or transitions in the province because they might be the next leader not only in Bulacan but Philippine-wide.
