A Chinese man was nabbed for public disturbance by members of the Parañaque City Police Baclaran substation on Wednesday, April 26.
Southern Police District (SPD) Director Brig. Gen. Kirby John Brion Kraft identified the arrested individual as Liang Bo, 24, a resident of Manila.
He was arrested at around 11:30 p.m. in front of a tower in Baclaran, Parañaque City.
According to the police investigation, members of the Baclaran police substation were conducting routine patrol operations when they spotted Bo smashing bottles on the ground and screaming.Â
He was immediately pacified and arrested by the patrolling policemen.Â
Bo was brought to the city police custodial facility and is facing complaints for alarm and scandal within the Revised Penal Code.Â
