'Barangay Mirandas' to entertain and educate viewers on community laws

Kapitana Entertainment Media has announced its new romantic comedy series entitled "Barangay Mirandas" which premiered on Net 25 last April 23, and every Sunday from 2-3 pm.

"Barangay Mirandas" promises to bring romance and laughter to the audience. But more than that, it is not the usual romance comedy that just entertains, each episode has lessons on barangay life and how the law functions.

It is set in a fictitious Barangay Mirandas, located in a fictitious Maunlad City, follows the lives of Sangguniang Barangay council, staff, and constituents as they navigate the ups and downs of love, community life, and neighbors’ dynamics.

The show promises to deliver a unique blend of romance, comedy, drama, and information on barangay laws that is sure to captivate audiences.

"We are thrilled to be bringing this exciting new series to audiences," said Rossana, the show's screenplay writer. "Our talented cast and crew have worked hard to create a show that is both entertaining and relatable, and we can't wait for viewers to see it."
