21 men arrested for alarm and scandal, grave coercion in Pasay City

Twenty one people who tried to take over the building housing the Estonia Embassy were arrested by members of the Pasay City Sub-Station 1, CCP Complex for alarm and scandal and coercion on Wednesday, April 26.

The suspects were identified as Marlon Encinares, 45; Carlito Medalla, 57; Freddie Navarro,Jr., 39; Francisco Gugol, 57; Racco Manaog, 22; Ryan Sanchez, 31; Joy Paller, 31; Christopher Timajo, 25; Neil Ferreras, 33; Aladin Atendido, 54; Arjay Cerilo, 27; Rafael Calmsuag, 34; Gawan Ruales, 29; Michael Escasinas, 40; Arnold Andaya, 27; Arnel Casinao, 43; Abejille  Bose, 29; Bayon Aloba, 47; Noel Chavez, 30; Marco Lumibao, 42; and Precioso Anquilan,46.

According to the police, the suspects were arrested at around 11: 50 p.m. at CTC Building located along Service Road/Roxas Boulevard, Barangay 13, Pasay City..
 
The police said the suspects arrived and went inside the building at around 11:00 p.m. without any coordination with the management.
 
The suspects immediately blocked the entrance of the building by placing steel barricade that prompted security guards to
report the incident to the Consul of the Estonian Embassy, Fernando Martin Pena.
 
The police said Pena had a dialogue with the suspects and after learning about the action of the suspects in taking over the building, he
ordered the security guards to arrest them and called for police assistance.
 
 The suspects are detained at the police custodial facility and were charged for violation of Article 155 of RPC (alarms  and scandal) and coercion.
