US Ambassador Carlson to discuss PH-US relations in Bulacan
United States Ambassador to the Philippines MaryKay Carlson will visit the North Polo Club in Pulilan, Bulacan on Saturday, April 29, to discuss the Philippines-US relations and the impact of “Usapang Dangal” program on the province.
Ambassador Carlson will be the guest of honor in the first face-to-face sit-in post-pandemic discussion, which is a program of Dangal ng Bulacan Foundation, Inc. (DBFI).
A possible program partnership for the provincial government of Bulacan (PGB), the DBFI, and the US Embassy is also anticipated.
Through this activity, the DBFI wants to disseminate information and increase awareness up to the national level; convene the recipients of Gawad Dangal ng Lipi; and gather the government officials and sector leaders in key industries to discuss future opportunities.
As Bulacan is considered the Philippines' springboard of development, according to DBFI, the attention and support from its allies, especially the from the USA, will be relevant and will strongly benefit the province.
US Embassy Press Attaché Kanishka Gangopadhyay is expected to attend the forum.
Bulacan Governor Daniel R. Fernando will also grace the program to welcome the guest of honor and to share his message about the upcoming major projects in the province.
DBFI is a non-stock, non-profit organization established by the recipients of the Dangal ng Lipi Award which is the highest honor conferred in partnership with the PGB.
