The 6-foot-3 outside hitter and national team member was selected third overall by the three-time defending champions during the 2023 Korea Volleyball Federation Asian Quota Draft Thursday, April 27.

The season will start in October.

This would be Espejo’s fourth international club stint, having played for the Weisse Adler and FC Tokyo at the Japan V. League in 2018 and 2021, the Visakha in Thailand in 2019 and the Bani Jamra in Bahrain in 2020.
