A 20-year-old man yielded P2,040,000 worth of suspected shabu in Valenzuela City on Tuesday morning, April 25.
Col. Salvador Destura Jr., Valenzuela City Police Station (VCPS) officer-in-charge, identified the suspect as Erold Templado, of Barangay 171, Caloocan City, who was arrested by VCPS Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) personnel in a buy-bust operation.

The SDEU, in coordination with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA), carried out the planned entrapment against Templado, who is a high-value individual for illegal drugs, along Cabatuhan Street, Barangay Gen T, De Leon, Valenzuela City at around 7 a.m. on Tuesday. Police confiscated four plastic sachets containing alleged shabu worth P2,040,000, a blue belt bag, a cellphone, an orange Yamaha Mio motorcycle with keys and helmet, and the buy-bust money. The suspect was placed under police custody and will be charged for violation on Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, the VCPS said.Â
