EasyCall Communications Philippines almost doubled its consolidated net income to P35.25 million last year from the P18.18 million earned in 2021.
In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange, ECP reported consolidated revenues amounting to P433.70 million in 2022, which is almost 400 percent higher than the previous year's P86.78 million.
The growth was primarily driven by strong performance of software developer Transnational E-Business Solutions Inc. (TESI), that it acquired last year, as well as increased demand for satellite connectivity and managed connectivity services.
“ECP Group finished 2022 with excellent growth in terms of revenues and net income. With our strengthened team and added services, we hope to continue this momentum for 2023,” said EasyCall President Zaki Delgado.
With these financial results, he said EasyCall is well-positioned to continue driving growth and innovation in the data technology space, providing valuable services and solutions to businesses across the Philippines and beyond.
Delgado said the financial results for the full year 2022 also demonstrates the firm’s robust growth and progress as it positions itself as a leader in data technology.
ECP is continuing to drive digital transformation initiatives and expand its service offerings, as evidenced by its acquisition of tech company TESI last year.
The ECP Group offers a comprehensive suite of services and solutions in the tech space, including satellite connectivity, cloud-based solutions, data analytics, cybersecurity, software development, IT outsourcing, enterprise solutions, and productivity-enhancing business solutions.
