A Filipino fan came forward to deny that he stole the ring of Choi Hyun-suk, one of the leaders of K-pop boy band Treasure.
Treasure held their “Hello” world tour in Manila on April 14 and 15. During the concert, Choi Hyun-suk came down to the audience area while singing.

As he shook hands with the crowd, one fan got hold of his ring based on a video that circulated on Twitter.
Angry Pinoys slammed the fan and accused him of stealing the ring. They also urged him to return the ring to Choi Hyun-suk.
The fans, under the Twitter username @iTreasureYOSHI, came out with a letter to deny the accusation and said he will ship the ring to Choi Hyun-suk through Live Nation Korea.
Here is @iTreasureYOSHI’s letter in full:
“Hi. This is @itreasureyoshi. (Sorry for my grammar agad. )
“This is to inform you that the ring will be ship tomorrow to Live Nation Korea. I was intructed by Live Nation Philippines to send it directly to Live Nation Korea as it was the intruction given to them by Live Nation Korea and YG Entertainment.
“I also informed Filo Skies regarding this and I'm asking them if they could accompany me so that they can assure that the item will be shipped properly.
“Also. there are few things I want to address regarding this matter so please hear me out at least.
“‘IF IT REALLY WAS STOLEN.’
- I won 't post/twt anything about it. But I did with a caption ‘Manalo lang ako sa offline fansign babalik ko to sayo to (If I won in an offline fansign I would give this back to you)’ which I realized na mali since it will take months before it can actually happen, with that I am so sorry for being a selfish fan. I realized that was an unacceptable act. I admit that I was very wrong with that mindset, no excuses. So. I am very very sorry for that.
“As for the video naman, do you think I can actually pull the ring in that split of a second from suk’s hand without making suk being pulled as well? Even the owner of the video said it first(before he/she posted that video. he/she replied to my twt) here's the reply of the owner of that video on my twt: ‘May vid me na dumulas talaga sa kamay mo yung ring ni suk although masyadong mabilis pero kita naman na di intentionalllv’ but nadumog na din yata sya ng dm's that's why tinake down nya nalang yung reply nya na yon and I can't blame her/him with that since natakot na din sya so I'm sorry sa taong to at nadamay pa sya. (‘There is a vid showing that Suk’s ring slipped into your hand although it was very fast but it was clear that it was not intentionally’ but she was overwhelmed with dm’s that’s why she took he reply down and I can’t blame her/him with that since she already got afraid so I feel sorry for this person and she got involved).

I was holding onto it talaga since nabigla talaga ako sa nangyare and sobra ang tulak from middle part of the vip center that's why sobrang higpit ng hawak ko sa ring dahil baka malaglag at tumalsik. Ang tumakbo sa isip ko that time after soundchek na during sendoff ko sya ibabalik (As you can see in the video, I was really holding onto it since I was surprised about what happened and I was really pushed from middle part of the vip center that’s why I was really holding the ring tightly as it could drop and fly out).
“I hope some teumes na nasa vip area can testify na sinabe ko din to but di ako umaasa since natatakot din sila madamay. Unfortunately, during sendoff di ko din sya naibalik. that's why nag twt ako na maibabalik ko din yung ring sa kanya in time (I hope some teumes in the vip area can testify that I said this but I am not hoping since they are also afraid to be involved. Unfortunately, during sendoff, I failed to return it. That’s why I tweeted that I would be able to return the ring to him in time).

(My moots know that even in gdm [group direct message] I shared it since I was very very happy but not to the point that I would keep the ring coz I know that it is not mine and it was not given to me like in my caption in my tweet that I would eventually return it. Netizens urged him to post proof that he already shipped the ring to Live Nation Korea.
