Dramatic actress Jodi Sta. Maria shared her thoughts when fans were surprised at the teaser of the upcoming collaboration of GMA and ABS-CBN series "Unbreak My Heart" last March that showed her and heartthrob Joshua Garcia sharing a steamy smooch. 'Nagulat 'yung mga tao. Unexpected na gagawin nila pareho. Siyempre parang 20 years 'yung age gap namin ni Joshua. Na-surprise talaga sila," said Jodi, when she and her son Thirdy Lacson were launched as the new celebrity endorsers of Chowking for its New Chinese Sarap Chowking Lauriat held at Marco Polo Ortigas last Thursday, April 20. (The people were surprised. Unexpectedly, they will do both. Of course, Joshua and I have an age gap of 20 years. They were really surprised)  The actress also confirmed that shooting the scene was collaborative work between her and Joshua.  "He's very cooperative, collaborative, and professional talaga as an actor," Jodi added.  (He's very cooperative, collaborative, and really professional as an actor)  "Unbreak My Heart" also features Gabbi Garcia, Richard Yap, Laurice Guillen, Eula Valdes, Nikki Valdez, Bianca De Vera, Will Ashley, Maey Bautista, Sunshine Cruz, Gardo Versoza, Victor Neri, Jeremiah Lisbo, Dionne Monsanto, PJ Endrinal, and Mark Rivera. Aside from being an actress, Jodi is also a supportive mom to his only son. The award-winning actress revealed that her son was interested in designing clothes in the future.  'He's into designing clothes, he loves to draw and alam niya po yung colors na gusto niya even yung tela, nakikita ko po na gusto niya magbusiness ng clothing line,' Jodi mentioned.
