President Ferdinand Marcos, Jr., together with top local government officials led by Bulacan Governor Daniel R. Fernando, graced nine different projects of his administration in the Province of Bulacan on Wednesday, April 19.
“Mamarkahan natin ngayong araw na ito ang pagsibol ng isang pangarap para sa mga mamamayan ng Bulacan. Ang isusukli namin sa inyong tulong, sa inyong pagmamahal at pagsuporta na patuloy naming ginagawa upang pagandahin ang buhay ng bawat kababayan nating Pilipino (We are going to mark today the rising of one of the dreams for Bulakenyos. We are giving back for your help, for your love and support, which we continuously do to improve the lives of every Filipino)," the chief executive said.

The President personally led the groundbreaking ceremony of three Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino Housing (4PH) projects including nine eight-story buildings with 1,890 housing units and a commercial complex dubbed as Rising City Residential Project in Brgy. Gaya-Gaya, City of San Jose del Monte; the San Rafael Heights Development Project with 3,920 residential condominium units in Brgy. Caingin, San Rafael; and the Mom’s Ville Homeowners Association Incorporated project where eight 10-story residential buildings with 1,920 housing units will soon rise in Brgy. Peñabatan, Pulilan.
Marcos also inspected two electric jeeps which will be used as shuttle service for the future residents of the San Rafael Heights Development Project.
The electric jeep was chosen to serve as a shuttle service in line with the President’s advocacy to maximize the use of renewable energy.
Simultaneously, three other 4PH projects were virtually attended by President Marcos including the 4,050-unit Pandi Terraces in Brgy. Bagong Barrio, Pandi; the 108-unit Guiguinto Employees Housing in Brgy. Sta. Cruz, Guiguinto; and the 675-unit Pambansang Pabahay para sa Maloleño Program 2023-2025 in Brgy. Santor, City of Malolos.
"Karangalan po ng ating lalawigan na mabigyan ng pagkakataon na makapiling ang ating minamahal na Pangulo upang ilunsad ang proyektong tutugon sa pangarap ng bawat pamilyang Pilipino na magkaroon ng bahay na masisilungan at matatawag na sariling tahanan," (It’s an honor that our province was given a chance to be with our beloved President to launch the project that will answer the dream of every Filipino to own a house)," Governor Fernando said during the Pulilan event.
Prior to this, the President graced the opening of the Kadiwa ng Pangulo project in Brgy. Dulong Bayan, City of San Jose del Monte, which was participated in by 46 sellers.
During the event, he assured the people that there will be enough supply of basic and affordable goods in different Kadiwa outlets all over the country.
Also, Marcos led the distribution of various government assistance to farmers, workers, individuals in crisis situation, and residents in the City of San Jose del Monte.
Finally, the President led the groundbreaking ceremony of the Level 1 three-story St. Bernadette Mother and Child Hospital with 65-bed capacity in a 3,794 square kilometer ground area with operating room, recovery room, maternity and isolation facilities, clinical laboratory, imaging facility, and pharmacy in Brgy. Gaya-gaya, also City of San Jose del Monte.
