Marcos and Vice President Sara Duterte got high poll ratings in the survey, which prompted the President to publicly express his thoughts about the poll result. "Karangalan ng administrasyong Marcos-Duterte na kayo’y paglingkuran sa abot ng aming makakaya kaya naman labis ang aming pasasalamat sa inyong patuloy na suporta (It is an honor for the Marcos-Duterte administration to serve you in the best way we can so, we thank you for your continued support)," Marcos said on social media on Thursday, April 20. According to the OCTA’s “Tugon ng Masa” survey, Marcos scored an 80 percent performance rating and 83 percent trust rating. Duterte, on the other hand, got an 84 percent performance rating and 87 percent trust rating.

The latest approval rating of both Marcos and Duterte rose from 78 percent and 80 percent respectively in October last year. With the latest trust rating of the country's highest leaders, OCTA noted that the "general public opinion regarding the performance and trustworthiness of the President and the Vice-President remains essentially constant between the OCTA Research Tugon ng Masa nationwide surveys conducted last October 2022 and its latest survey in March 2023." The latest survey was conducted from March 24 to 28.
