9 men arrested for possession of P207,400 shabu in Taguig
Nine drug suspects, including one tagged as a top high value individual, were arrested in two police operations in Taguig on April 19 and 20.
Brig. Gen. Kirby John Kraft, Southern Police District director, announced the arrest of Joel Andales, 27, classified as the No. 1 high value individual of the Taguig police; and Limuel Limjueco, 19, in a buy-bust operation on April 19 on MLQ Street, Barangay New Lower Bicutan, Taguig.

The Taguig police’s Drug Enforcement Unit confiscated seven plastic sachets containing suspected shabu weighing 22 grams and valued at P149,600. They will be charged for violation of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002). On April 20, seven men were arrested by the Western Bicutan Police Substation 2 after they were caught holding a pot session along Manggahan Street in Barangay Western Bicutan. The suspects were identified as Renante Oranda 37; Jessel Anthony Rojas, 23; Kendrick Borres, 26; Elmer Cawit, 60; John Mac Nerry Hinaniban, 23; Noel Calzado, 28; and Erwin Belga, 34. Seized by the police were seven plastic sachets containing suspected shabu with a value of P57,800, and drug paraphernalia including a lighter, aluminum strip foil, and rolled aluminum foil. They will be charged for violation of Republic Act 9165.
