3 men arrested in drug buy-bust in Pasay City

Three men listed in the police drug watch list as street level individuals (SLI) were arrested for possession of P110,160 shabu during a buy-bust operation in Pasay City on Wednesday, April 19. The Southern Police District identified the suspects as Mark Tiglao, 33, alias “Pang;” Zachary Belchez, 22; and Christian Brillantes, 29. The suspects were arrested at around 5:45 p.m. along Saint Isabl St., Barangay 178, Zone 19, Pasay City. Investigation showed that members of the Pasay Police Station's Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) conducted the buy-bust operation for the arrested of Tiglao. Confiscated from the suspects were four plastic sachets containing shabu placed inside a small pouch. The police said the shabu confiscated from the suspects weighed about 16.20 grams and was worth P110,160. Aside from the shabu, the police also confiscated from the suspects the P500 bill on top of eight P1,000 boodle money. The confiscated shabu was turned over to the SPD Forensic Unit for chemical analysis. The suspects were detained at the SDEU custodial facility and were charged for illegal possession of drugs.
