Operatives of the Northern Police District (NDP) arrested two brothers and seized a total of P408,000 worth of suspected shabu during a buy-bust operation in Caloocan City on Thursday, April. 20.
The NPD- District Drug Enforcement Unit (DDEU) identified the suspects as Ronald "Dudong" Alinapon, 45, and his brother Rey Manuel "Tata" Alinapon, 40, both residents of Barangay 188, Caloocan City. Both are tagged as high-value individuals (HVI).
Confiscated from the suspects were medium and large plastic sachets containing 60 grams of alleged shabu.
The arrested suspects were brought to the NPD-DDEU office for the filing of charges related to violation of Republic Act No. 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, police said.
