Over P100,000 worth of illegal drugs seized, suspects arrested

Police seized more than P100,000 worth of alleged shabu from three drug suspects in a drug bust operation conducted in Bulacan on Sunday, April 2. In reports submitted to Col. Relly B . Arnedo, Bulacan police director, the arrested suspects were identified as Pendaton Guilang alias "Benjie", 50, of Barangay Tabing Ilog, Marilao, Bulacan; Hanif Marahum, 29; and Fahad Dipatuan, 28, both from Quiapo, Manila, and are tagged in the Philippine National Police-Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Drug Watchlist. (Photo from Bulacan Provincial Police Office Facebook page/ MANILA BULLETIN) Arnedo said that the buy-bust operation against the suspects was conducted by the Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) of Marilao police in Barangay Lambakin at about 1:10 a.m. on Sunday, April 2. Seized from them were a total of P108,800 worth of suspected shabu weighing about 16 grams, and the buy-bust money. Appropriate charges will be filed against the suspects.
