Minor wanted for rape nabbed in Nueva Ecja

Police arrested two wanted persons, one of them a minor, in Nueva Ecija on Saturday, April 1. The minor suspect charged with rape from Barangay San Roque Norte, Cabanatuan City was arrested in Barangay Mabini Homesite, Cabanatuan. He was listed as the No. 9 provincial Top Most Wanted Person with a recommended bail of P200,000. The other wanted individual, Robert Fernandez, was apprehended in Barangay Bunga, Carranglan. The 26-year-old Fernandez was Carranglan’s No. 1 Most Wanted Person. He was charged with violation of Republic Act 10883 (New Anti-Carnapping Act of 2016). Fernandez’s bail was set at P300,000. Suspects are under the custody of arresting units.
