Tickets bought in Cebu, QC yield new lotto millionaires

Tickets bought in Cebu City, Cebu and Cubao, Quezon City yielded new Lotto 6/42 millionaires during the 9 p.m. draw of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) on Tuesday, April 18.
