Mintoo, a homegrown digital collectibles marketplace, has partnered with Philippine Digital Asset Exchange (PDAX), a digital asset exchange, to launch its debut digital art collection for its Artist Series dubbed as “New Horizons,” featuring a slew of thoughtfully curated digital art masterpieces made by established and emerging Filipino NFT artists.
“As a cryptocurrency exchange, we’re always looking for ways to innovate and provide our users with new and exciting opportunities,” says PDAX CEO Nichel Gaba. “Having Mintoo on the PDAX app will expand our offerings to include digital collectibles and provide Filipinos with the tools and resources they need to participate in this market. This is something which is very timely since we believe that this new technology is on the verge of revolutionizing the way we think about ownership and value.”
True to the spirit of taking a bold leap into a new digital medium, the Artist Series’ first collection gives a unique take on the “art of the possible” and honors the opportunities that lie in the courage of embracing the unknown. It showcases a diverse range of artistic mediums, from illustrators and traditional painters to collage artists and 3D modelers like Alchemyst, Marv del Mundo, Lucius Felimus, Gian Ferrer, Auggie Fontanilla, Ab Hong, Marso, Lei Melendres, Shelly Soneja, and Tonstee.

Mintoo’s Artist Series collections aim to bolster the Filipino digital art scene by providing a platform for visual artists, creators, and art enthusiasts to buy, sell, and trade digital collectibles conveniently through their Mintoo account, exclusively available on the PDAX platform.
Mintoo users will be able to purchase digital collectibles directly with Philippine pesos while artists can now easily launch their own collections through powerful and easy-to-use tools, without having to understand the complexities of blockchain technology.
The collection became publicly available for purchase on March 27. Collectors will be able to access Mintoo and the collection by downloading the PDAX App on Google Play Store, Huawei App Gallery, or visiting the Mintoo website at mintoo.pdax.ph.
