Rape suspect falls in Laguna

CAMP GEN. PACIANO RIZAL, Laguna – Police arrested a man wanted for two counts of statutory rape in San Pedro City, this province, on Monday, April 17. The suspect, “Kambal Liit,” a resident of San Pedro City, was apprehended at 1:30 p.m. in Barangay Nueva, Police Col. Randy Glenn Silvio, Laguna police director, said. Warrant of arrest dated Jan. 11, 2023, for the suspect was issued by Judge Nanette Mendoza Austria, presiding judge, Regional Trial Court, Branch 170, San Pedro City. No bail was recommended by the court for the suspect. Suspect, a most wanted person on the regional level, is detained at the custodial facility of the San Pedro police.
