“She said YES (again)!” was the President’s tweet after celebrating their 30th wedding anniversary on Monday, April 17.

He shared some snaps of the celebration with their family and close friends, many of whom, Marcos said were present at their wedding in 1993.

The couple got married in Italy after meeting in New York in 1986.

He penned a sweet note to his wife and posted a copy on his Twitter account.

“Dearest Liza, Make all my dreams come true! Marry me again! Happy Anniversary!,” it read.

Marcos continued to woo his wife by posting: “30 years later there is still no place I’d rather be and no person I’d rather be with. Liza, you will always be the girl of my dreams.”

Earlier, the Chief Executive shared that the First Lady was the one who wooed him for three years.

He would usually visit his mother, former first lady Imelda Romualdez-Marcos in New York from Philadelphia in 1986 and meet Araneta-Marcos, who was already working as a lawyer there.
