Parañaque gov't issues traffic advisory amid relocation of illegal settlers
The Parañaque city government advised motorists to take alternative routes on Monday, April 17, from 6 a.m. onwards to avoid heavy traffic due to the relocation of illegal settlers and dismantling of their homes along E. Rodriguez Avenue in Barangay Moonwalk.
According to the traffic advisory issued by the local government, light vehicles passing the C5 Extension can take the alternate route passing Daang Bata going to ROMVI subdivision and vice versa.
Mayor Eric Olivarez said a “stop and go traffic process” will be implemented along the stretch of E. Rodriguez Avenue to give way to vehicles going in and out of the area.
