Ex-NPA instructor surrenders in Nueva Ecija

BONGABON, Nueva Ecija – A former New People’s Army fighter voluntarily surrendered to the police here on Friday, April 14. The surrenderer, “Ka RC,” who was under the Apol Dionisio Command from 2005 to 2006, turned over a grenade. Ka RC said he was an instructor of their unit operating within this province. Police Col. Richard Caballero, Nueva Ecija police director, said they won’t waver in encouraging the NPA to surrender.
