Body of PWD found in Pangasinan

BASISTA, Pangasinan – The cadaver of a male person with disability was found in Barangay Nalneran here. Victim was identified as Damaso de Vera, 61. Ronilo Callos Ylarde, 28, discovered the cadaver while harvesting corn  near the Magsaysay Elementary School. The victim’s relatives said De Vera was living alone in his house and suffering a fever due to a dog bite. De Vera was taken to the Bayambang District Hospital where he was declared dead by attending physician Dr. Renaldo Jose L. Albano.
