Apart from isolated rains that may occur in the afternoon or evening, the state weather bureau said a generally fair and humid weather will prevail throughout the archipelago on Saturday, April 15.
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said a fair and humid weather may prevail on Saturday, but residents of the eastern sections of Visayas and Mindanao may experience the effects of easterlies.
“Sa ngayon ang maaari lamang makaranas ng bahagyang maulap hanggang sa maulap na kalangitan at tiyansa ng pag-ulan dulot ng thunderstorms [ang ilang] bahagi ng Luzon at silangang bahagi ng Visayas at Mindanao dulot ng easterlies (Right now, the only ones that may experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies and chances of rain due to thunderstorms are some parts of Luzon and eastern parts of Visayas and Mindanao due to easterlies),” said PAGASA Weather Specialist Patrick Del Mundo in a public weather forecast.
Del Mundo added that the low pressure area (LPA) being monitored off Zambales has dissipated on Friday evening, April 14.

No weather disturbance is expected to develop or affect the country within the forecast period. Key cities of the country including Metro Manila, Baguio, Legazpi, Metro Cebu, and Metro Davao are seen to have generally fair weather with isolated rains due to localized thunderstorms until Tuesday, April 18.
