Two drug pushers nabbed in Batangas City buy-bust

BATANGAS – A high-value individual and an 18-year-old female yielded P746,580 worth of shabu when authorities arrested them during separate buy-bust operations in Barangay Cuta in Batangas City in this province. In his report to Police Brig. General Jose Melencio Nartatez Jr., director of the Police Regional Office-Calabarzon, Batangas police provincial director Col. Pedro Soliba identified the suspects as “At-at,” 44, and a resident of this city, and “Jasmine,” also a resident of the village where At-at was apprehended. At-at was first arrested on April 13 around 11 p.m. after a transaction with a police undercover agent, the Batangas City police report said. Police seized 52 grams of suspected shabu from At-at and 56 grams of shabu from Jasmine for a total street value of P746,580. "Pinupuri natin ang kapulisan sa matagumpay na buy-bust operations. Nagpapasalamat kami sa patuloy na suporta ng publiko para masawata ang iligal na droga. Ano mang mahalagang impormasyon ay huwag kayong mag-atubiling makipag-ugnayan sa awtoridad (We commend our police for their successful buy-bust operations.
