Man accused of rape nabbed in San Pablo, Laguna

LAGUNA – Authorities collared a man accused of rape and considered the province’s fifth most wanted person during a manhunt operation in San Pablo City on Thursday, April 13.

The Laguna Police Provincial Office (PPO) identified the accused as alias Jhames.

He was arrested by virtue of an arrest warrant issued by Family Court, Branch 7 in San Pablo City, on December 2022, without a recommended bail.

Alias Jhames is now under the custody of the San Pablo City Police Station.

In a statement, Laguna PPO Director Col. Randy Glenn G. Silvio appealed to the public to coordinate with the police if they have information on wanted persons to help bring justice to the victims of crimes and their families.
