PH is new acquisition market for top travel consolidator

America's fifth largest travel consolidator, the Trevolution Group, has just added the Philippines as its new acquisition market after selling 140,000 airline tickets from the USA to the country last year.
The Group's ticket sales to the Philippines grew 4.5 times versus 2021, with most buyers travelling to the country from Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Honolulu, and Chicago.
"The Philippines is the fourth country, where we have received International Air Transport Association (IATA) accreditation after the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom," announced Peter Vazan, CEO of ITN, part of Trevolution Group.
“Thanks to the significant Filipino community in North America, the Philippines has been our key market for many years in a row," he pointed out. 'We have recently added the UK as a new client acquisition market and are now in the process of adding the Philippines, too."
"The new acquisition markets will give us a sales boost - once the operations are started, we expect to serve more than 50,000 passengers during the first year alone,” Vazan noted.
Trevolution will issue airline tickets in the Philippines under the brands Asaptickets and Skyluxtravel.
In 2022, countries which accounted for the most booked flights from Trevolution include the Philippines, India, Nigeria, Italy and Pakistan. The Trevolution Group incorporates the travel businesses of the Dyninno Group, a service provider for the finance, travel, and entertainment sectors.
The former's business covers 50 countries. It has been operating in the Philippines since 2012, with a local workforce of over 1,000 to date. The Group specializes in the visiting friends and relatives' segment, averaging 70,000 airline tickets and vacation package sales per month, for both retail and corporate clients.
