Olivarez said a total of 3,325 high school students, all of whom did not have ATM cards for their allowances, received P2,000 each during the on-site distribution. The distribution of monthly allowance for elementary students without ATM cards will be held on April 18-22. Olivarez advised students with ATM cards to visit and check the announcement of the Local School Board on their Facebook page on the date of their scheduled distribution. He said the distribution of monthly allowance for public school students is part of the city government’s goal to assist them in their financial expenses in school in order for them to focus on and finish their education.
